Don’t worry, we’ll talk you through a few different simple techniques, and you can choose your favourite. Can’t sit on the floor? Then don’t – there’s no need! Sit on a chair or on your sofa! Feel like you don’t have time? All you need is 7 minutes a day, that’s it!
This is an online course, delivered via ‘Teachable’, that you can complete at your own pace, and in your own time. You don’t need any special equipment, or any special attire, just dive in and get started.
